General

ezMediaTrade.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel any orders at our sole discretion.

ezMediaTrade.com offers prices for used or pre-owned product which is intended for personal use only. Prices listed on this site are not valid for overstocked items. ezMediaTrade.com may be interested in purchasing non-personal use items so please email us at bulktrades@ezmediatrade.com for more information.

ezMediaTrade.com does not warrant that all product descriptions or prices are accurate. In the event of an error, ezMediaTrade.com reserves the right to adjust the quoted price, refuse items or cancel orders altogether which contain product descriptions or prices that we deem to be in error.

ezMediaTrade.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We grant no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the operation of this site, the information it contains, its contents, materials or products included. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

Payments

ezMediaTrade.com pays cash by Paypal or Check (sent via USPS).

Payment Time Frame
This will depend on what type of shipping method you choose to send your items to us. ezMediaTrade.com makes every effort to process each order we receive as quickly as possible. You will be notified via email once your order has been processed and then we will issue payment within 2-3 business days of processing your order.

Quality/Product Requirements

  • All items must be in excellent or very good condition.
    • Excellent = an item in perfect condition. The box or jewel case and the disc(s) are pristine, with no signs of wear, scratches and/or markings. The original artwork, liner notes, inclusions, instructions and/or sleeve are in perfect condition. This item could be suitable for presenting as a gift.
    • Very Good = A well cared for item that has been listened to, viewed or played, but remains in great condition and plays perfectly. The box or jewel case and the disc(s) may show limited signs of wear. The original artwork, liner notes, inclusions, instructions and/or sleeve may also show limited signs of wear.
  • All discs must be in good shape. All discs should be free of scratches but a few light scratches may be acceptable.
    • Scratched discs may be accepted but they will have one of the following deductions applied per disc (if multiple disc set):
      • Minor Scratches - $0.50
      • Medium Scratches - $1.00
      • Heavy Scratches - $1.50
  • We cannot accept discs that are chipped, cracked, stained or skip.
  • All items must include ALL original artwork including, but not limited to, cover art, liner notes, booklets, tray linings, inclusions and/or instructions.
  • All items must be free of any writing and/or stickers. Initials written on the disc(s) are accepted as long as the writing is small.
  • Box Sets must include original box and/or slip covers and any inserts. Games must include any related accessories and/or special packaging.
  • We deduct $0.50 for each damaged, cracked, broken or missing jewel case and/or title box.
  • We currently only purchase Region 1 (North America) or Region Free DVDs.
  • We do not purchase Bootleg items, CDRs, DVDRs, or any non-original (copied) items.
  • ezMediaTrade.com does purchase record club (Columbia House/BMG) product.
  • We currently will only accept a maximum of 2 copies of the same title.
  • ezMediaTrade.com does not accept items that are marked, stamped or stickered as "Promotional" or "Screener Copy". Items with punches, notches, holes or cuts in the jewel case or UPC may be accepted if it meets the above listed criteria.
  • Items that do not meet the above listed requirements may be rejected or have deductions applied. In the event that your order does contain unacceptable items we will handle them based on your selection during checkout. If you have authorized ezMediaTrade.com to recycle the items then we will dispose of the product at our discretion. If you have authorized ezMediaTrade.com to return the product to you then we will ship it back to you at a cost to you of $1.75 for the first item and $0.70 for each additional item.
  • We have over 12 years of experience in purchasing and inspecting used product. We understand to be successful a company needs to be fair and not apply fees or refuse product irresponsibly.

ezMediaTrade.com reserves the right to make any/all determinations in regard to the quality of the product received and refuse any items and/or apply any fee deductions deemed necessary.

Shipping

ezMediaTrade.com allows you to control your shipping choice. Our recommendation is to use USPS Media Mail since we credit you that amount on qualified orders. Other shipping options are UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS Priority Mail.

ezMediaTrade.com offers a shipping credit based on USPS Media Mail rates for all orders in which we can accept at least 15 items. Unfortunately if you order has less than 15 accepted items we are unable to offer a shipping credit. The credit will be applied once we have received and processed your order.

ezMediaTrade.com is not responsible for product that is lost or damaged during shipping. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance based on the replacement cost of your quote. ezMediaTrade.com does offer a shipping insurance credit based on USPS insurance rates for all orders over $100. Please note that you MUST purchase insurance in order to receive the insurance credit from ezMediaTrade.com.
